Jeff Mateja, CEO/Realtor

Jeff holds a Finance degree from Bentley University and has a strong business and financial background having worked in corporate finance at both IBM and IDEXX Laboratories.  Jeff has been a very successful independent agent with Keller Williams Realty for over 5 years and has created an outstanding website with a nationwide following – www.iloveportlandmaine.com.  He strongly believes that together everyone achieves more and with this philosophy Jeff will lead the team to #1 in Maine.  In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling all over the world as well as studying other businesses and how they operate.

Madison Cox, Executive Assistant to Jeff Mateja

A native of Maine, Madison recently graduated from Lyndon State College with a degree in English with a concentration in Journalism.  With her attention to detail, exceptional work ethic and outstanding customer service skills, Madison is an asset to our clients.  She loves to blog and use social media to show everything Portland has to offer future residents and enjoys using the internet to market to home buyers and sellers. In her free time, Madison enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Julia Bachelder, Buyer Specialist

Julia has an strong background in customer satisfaction. A Mainer her whole life, Julia left her home state to attend college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and returned to Portland and has thrived on the active and diverse culture that the city offers. Julia is motivated, caring, and dedicates herself to fully understanding her clients' needs when choosing a home, then works tirelessly to ensure that the sale goes smoothly. In her free time Julia enjoys running, competing in triathlons, and exploring the Greater Portland area.

Cassandra Bemis, Buyer Specialist

Cassandra grew up and attended college in her home state of Pennsylvania. She has lived in four states in the past six years, and is well-versed in the process and stresses that accompany relocation. Cassandra’s goal is to assist her clients in finding the right home while making their transition as easy as possible. Clients’ needs and interests are top priority, and listening to their needs and wants is of utmost importance to her. When Cassandra is not working, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family.

Krystal Louten, Buyer Specialist

Krystal is originally from the Augusta area and has lived in between Portland and California since 1999. When she isn’t working, Krystal’s other big passion is music and singing – she was a contestant on “American Idol” in 2003 and 2007. She loves working out, running, and traveling the world (some of her favorite places are Paris, Los Angeles, NYC, and Bora Bora), as well as spending time with her fiancé Yegor, 8 month old son Kingston, and friends. Krystal's determination to meet all of her clients' needs and expectations makes her a fantastic Buyer Specialist.
